Do you think they should be banned for this?
Yes i have told on Arcadian town forum ( wich he was part in ) 2 times to not grief metro and then still after it said that who ever griefs next will be reported.
Also others have been griefed by him.

Do you need an admin to come and rollback the damage?
Yes, I cant place blocks there + It would be pain to get all that stuff.
