I see this a lot in towns, PvP and Non-PvP alike; Before, I addressed this to yardweasel, he said he never seen anything like it, so I wanted to know if this is legal or illegal by the words of the Admins. I wish for only Admins to choose due to, people who do this will most likely agree, "Yes, it is legal." I believe it is unfair to people who pay for locked chests, and it shouldn't be too hard, especially, because we now get a refund for chest locks.

So If i see such chests i have right to ask admin to come and remove the dirt block / Or mod ?
Also some people like rush into their homes while geting pvped to place blocks on top of chest's to prevent stealing wich is also realy anoying ( One thing to add to me latest finger point)

Also this is very often seen and even some people been asking to join towns on chat only to be able to lock their chests with drit blocks.

if i find theses chests i place a nice friendly sign saying that is a "grey area" and therefore they are dummies, and now their chests are empty... :)

Haha as mayor I can tell u this that when we did some major renovations we built over some chests (like this one in your picture) haha and tell champ that we don't want to argue with him and that we are now becoming a "peaceful" peaceful town :) hope u understand.

Whenever I find these, I /tell an admin, have them and have them tp to me if they are free. Saves some time.

To clarify: this is only an issue in towns, correct? Otherwise the thief may just break the blocking brick and continue on their plundering way.
