About 20 signs, the messages were changed.

Did you talk to the player who did the griefing?
Yes

What did they say?
That he wouldnt stop because "its not griefing if he replaces the sign" I told him that it is still considered griefing and asked if he would stop, he said no and continues to deface more.

Do you think they should be banned for this?
Yes

Do you need an admin to come and rollback the damage?

P.S.
He uses the railroad to get to the town and changes signs when noones on.
I can show an admin all the signs if i need to.
