Due_Date's Ban Appeal

I was banned for using, "Nodus Hacking Client," which I've never heard of until days ago. Though I posted a GoodBye thread, I locked it and let it gather dust, because I still think there's a spark of hope for me. I've never hacked in my life, other than when I downloaded a "Dungeon Finding Texture Pack", (X-Ray), on a singleplayer world back in 1.5_01. When I was.. acuused? of doing the hacking, I was in DragonForge, and could see nrayf's nameplate through a wall, when he was using a claimed, 'sneak hack.' We discussed it, I asked him to go behind the wall again with the hack on, and I could see his nameplate. I asked him to hit the shift key and legitly crouch, and the nameplate disappeared. It was just a failed hack client or some... glitch? Not to mention apperently nrayf was following me for days, taking notes/screenshots on what I was doing. From what I remember, opening chests at my house, afking at my house, pvping lots with Erathians in the town, and even fishing were things I did in the few days, which I don't think I did anything illegal, or how I'd do something to hack. If there's any chance of this appeal, which I'm doubting highly, then can you possibly re-read your evidence and see if I truly did anything to be claimed as hacking? All I can say is, I have little hope of this, but even a little is more than a lot. Thanks for taking time out of your day to read this, and if it was unconvincing, I'm sorry, then.

 

Wow. Ok well let's set this straight:

Nopenopenope. I had done a different version of the test, and you obviously didn't understand. When you told me to use the sneak mode, I stood up, easily visible. You were able to see me through the wall. When I turned on the sneak mode, you thought I clicked shift, when I never had hit it. I explained this to you before, there was no fail on my end.

Ha noo, I have more of a life than following you around for days. but that is funny! I had only interacted with you/seen you when I did the client check, which you failed. Besides, there's many people who are much more interesting to follow around all day and night. I shall list them here.

I don't know anyone on staff who thinks that we should unban hackers because they claim that it was faulty evidence. They've all seen it and agree, I've even been told that I should have banned you immediately when you failed the screenshot test. So, good luck. it's a no from me.

 

I can understand how it would seem very weird that I could not send the the screenshot. I got a some sort of virus on my computer that messes with my internet connection and the way data is sent and recived. It only seems to affect my internet browser. I can play online games just fine. So I can't download or install any minecraft mods because of this. That includes downloading Nodus client. That is the reason I could not send you the screenshot. I access the internet (forums,youtube, ect) from my laptop that I can't even play minecraft on. (because it has very little ram) I just really wish I could have one more chance on shadecrest. I am willing to take a tempban if it makes a difference. Thanks, Due_Date

 

Really? Because I remember one time when Griffs was mining he was getting worried he would get banned for xray and pmed Nifix and Nifix said that he's fine and that if they thought he was hacking they would've been tracking him for weeks getting LEGITIMATE evidence.

 

Well, all I can say now, is bye. I'll still stalk the forums and maybe TS, if I'm not banned, but yeah
