SprayFart7's ban appeal

Hello, I was building a house for my friend in the pvp world. i was in the middle of building a dirt hut to disguise my building materials. during this process i was killed by another player (no problem with this). once i had completed my shelter i needed to log off to head to work. when i was killed i didnt have time to travel back to the location. i figured my shelter would be fine half complete, and also that whoever killed me would have stolen anything they wanted already. my best guess as to why i was banned was that my ceiling was too low and the chest could not open to be looted. they were still in view and not fully buried. the materials in the chest were strictly building materials from the previous demolished house. there were no diamonds, gold, weapons etc. i was attempting to disguise the location not make the chests impossible to find. i am strictly a builder and do not partake in pvp battles or looting of peoples homes.

i really enjoy the shadecrest server, community and appreciate the job that admins do to enforce the rules. please provide me with what i did wrong so i can correct the mistake moving forward. i look forward to getting back on the server soon.

it's a week long ban, i'll talk to liquidxstone about it. you were exactly right, the chest was blocked off, and because nobody can break it because of towny protections, it was sort of like a free chest protection. While you're gone, I suggest reading up extra on towny and PVP rules, and I'll see what we can do about your ban. At latest, we see you again midday May 11

 

Ok thank you nrayf. yea im not as familiar with pvp since i spend all my time building in the peaceful realm. it would be great if you could shorten the ban since shadecrest is the only sever i play on.
