Dogginball's Ban Appeal

Earlier today I was banned by Padaun on terms of which I was not informed. The following is my appeal:

From what I understand I was banned for moderator disrespect, use of inappropriate language, caps, and spamming in private chat directed at the Moderator Padaun. My behavior was clearly uncalled for and after taking imaxorz's advice and googling "cute kittens" I realize that I handled myself improperly. I had gone to the blaze spawner that I was farming for xp earlier today and was met by xxxProdxxx and ZJaw7. After being attacked and killed I was naturally frustrated and decided to go back home and grab a damage potion to possibly reclaim my possessions. After warping back to the /home I was immediately met by the two which promptly killed me after I had thrown a harming potion that had no affect (this also irritated me further). At this point I was not a happy camper and decided to pick up my brand new diamond chest plate with Protection IV, a diamond sword, and a strength potion. To simply put it I was 100% sure that there was no way that xxxprodxxx could kill me this time. When I attacked Prod and ZJaw I was unfortunately overpowered and they killed me. The upsetting part however was that I had spent about two and a half hours collecting enough xp to be able to enchant that chest plate and I had just lost it to a player wearing only iron armor and a diamond sword. Angry, I made the unwise decision to PM Padaun and in doing so, let fly a couple choice words.

I write this appeal in hopes that whoever decides my ultimate fate on the server will understand that xxxprodxxx just does not sit right with me anymore and he can sometimes can push the right buttons to set me off. After losing two and a half hours of work to a person that I thoroughly distaste it hurts to say the least. It was wrong to attack Padaun and it was wrong to act as I did on the server. I apologize for my behavior and ask that my ban be lifted. I enjoy playing on Shade Crest and hate to lose my privilege to such a great server. It won't happen again.

Your 'Couple choice words' were pretty intense.
I am currently trying to figure out how to get to appdata on this new computer, but I will have it eventually.
