I haven't played Dwarf Fortress in forever. The last time I played, I thought it would be cool to chain up a captured goblin in the sheriff's room. After all, the mayor had a puma on a leash and it was fine, a goblin would be even MORE badass. Welp, every time he (or any one else) tried to go into his office, they dropped whatever they were carrying at the door and ran. I eventually just had to close off his room because I couldn't get a tamer to go in there and take the darned thing away.
That's where you channel out the floor or ceiling (or part of the wall) and construct an elaborate pump system to drown it Bonus points if you use magma! double bonus points if all your furniture was magma proof and you constructed a way to pump the magma back out so you could repeat as many times as needed!
Damn you to the flaming pits of the magma sea for pointing me at this game... Was reading this thread at about 1am one morning, and thought "hmph, I'll have to check that out." About 3 in the afternoon the next day, I thought "hmph, I should sleep sometime."
You're talking about online starcraft. SP isn't too bad. Looking at that graph though, I really wanna play it now. I love me a learning curve; helps kill a few hours trying to figure out how to start a new game.
