It's not really a major griefing. Just replace it. Someone griefed my jukebox, I reported it but it was never justified.

 

Was this in a town with outsider destroy rights on and outsider build rights off? If so, he wasn't able to replace the block.

 

it was near the town, we havn't claimed the land, i think quincy is a girl, im sure it was a mistake though she was part of town before but doesnt have money for taxes
