Silverlight999 Using towny protections to his advantage

Offender: Silverlight999
Rules Broken: Used towny protection to barricade himself to avoid PvP.
Witnesses: None Greene78 was there but died before the incident.
Punishment: I would like to see him banned because i am sick of this kind of thing going on.
Screenshots/videos: N/A.
Mods/Admins on at the time: Nifix and maybe Padaun and Dynodamon.
Rules previously broken: He warped from Non-PvP to DF to attack and steal.
Did I talk to the offender: Yes I did he didnt say anything.

 

I did not see the incident but heard much of it and i believe it, Silverlight999 was at our town previously to this raid that _MOSKITO_ and myself were on. Silverlight999 town spawned to DragonForge and looted members of the town, not sure if he killed any members, thats all i know i hope it is helpful.

 

i don't think we have towny protections in arcadia but i am very sorry about the town spawning
