can there be a pawn shop?

I was wondering if it was possible to have a pawn shop. It could be like the /warp mall or /warp marketplace but instead /warp pawnshop. It would work like this: the shop starts with wood,torchs,coal ETC. but as people sell ther items by placeing in a chest which gives money for everything they put in that will all be for sale. and the higher the value of the item someone would sell the higher the pay they get like:
stick: 1 rupie
Diamond: 100 rupies
Diamond block: 1000 rupies
I'm not really sure how you would set it up tp work like that but if you could I think it could work very well for all of us and kepp people on since they will always want to know whats in the pawn shop today.

 

I kinda don't get the point of this, minecraft is limited to few items, and ppl are cheap so they wont buy for "normal" or higher prices

you can set this up buy buying a plot at the market place, probably wont get to much business though D:
