Hey, so today from 4:45 PM to 7 PM, I've been here, at Blackrock Castle.

It has been refurbished into an observatory, and every Friday, there is a CoderDojo group there. My friend invited me there, and I started learning HTML.
This is the test-site I designed, about Skyrim.

Haha, I just need to get some CSS for a decent site.

That's cool ging, and what an amazing looking place!

If you're just starting out with web design, you might find this site useful: http://www.w3schools.com/

The site is very useful for reference, and the 'try it yourself' tutorials are handy.

Holy 90s Site, Batman! That's cool though. I tried to teach myself HTML a few years ago. Ended up getting bored and moved on to java instead.

Really? It's quite easy to learn IMO. I learned it here

It's not that I found it difficult, I just got bored. I guess I didn't really see too much personal use for it at the time.

I might have a look at this, I was thinking about learning some digital languages

Yeah, HTML is one of the easiest languages to learn, if not the easiest.

On the web design side of things I'm trying to get up to speed with Kentico CMS as one of my many side duties in my new job. Has some nice features as far as web site back end.
