Currently excited about the potential behind everquest landmark. If you have not heard about it yet, its basicly a state of the art 3d minecraft game that your gathering rescources and creating features/buildings in. Its in a closed beta at the moment, but you can buy a founders pack to get into it. They are taking the best stuff and putting it into the upcoming mmo, Everquest Next. Just to get your creative juices leaking here's a video showing some basic building tools, and a couple pictures of the possibilities.
Given that I've played EQ and EQII, EQ Landmark is definitely something I'm interested in, not for it's strictly Minecraft like components but it's eventual marriage of MMORPG and Minecraft components. It's the appropriate evolutionary step needed for the MMO genre, where players can interact with the world and help shade it as well as fight monsters, develop their characters, raid, etc.
So after getting the beta and playing for 10-12 hours nonstop.... I can officially say i'm completely in love with it. Words can not properly express how excited I am for the future of this game. Here's a couple more random pictures of things players built - http://imgur.com/a/oFuFR

Saw the videos today. My son told me I'd "love it!!" and he's right. If you love to build.. this might be fantastic.
Been playing the beta a bit myself. It's a badass game with loads of potential. Low frame rate is at least a known issue so hopefully optimization comes soon. The game looks amazing on higher settings, albeit a slideshow. The building takes some getting used to, but it's pretty crazy what you can do. They unintentionally added micro blocks to the game as well.
