All town plots are differently priced dependent on location. Anyone can buy multiple plots with no extra charge. Our roads to not line up with our plots for a reason: This is a town meant for expansion and creation. Our two rules: Don't be mean, and build well. If you follow these rules, the 15r tax will be reduced, continue, and you shall receive no tax at all. If you build well enough, you will be paid. Below is what we have built so far, not enough? I wonder if anyone could do Hundertwasser justice in Minecraft? That would make an interesting town theme.

I can build you some houses but I will not be joining to town. My Mesa island is an example of houses I build
If you do, it will not be permanent, and you can leave whenever. The VIP rank keeps you from paying taxes, too.
