/warp wishes

Cida,

You could use a couple of shop chests, where you buy a new book and quill for a nominal fee, write your wish, and then sell the signed book (with their wish written inside) back to a second shop chest.

Perhaps then the signed books (with wishes enclosed) could be bought, so someone wanting to do a good deed buys a random signed book and fulfils that wish (or sells it back if they want to try another one).


PS: I wouldn't get this idea mixed up with the head exchange wall, that's going to attract a lot of griefing trouble IMO. Nice of Tech to offer to help out though.

The only problem with your design, mega, is that its not possible to retrieve the written books. Otherwise it's a great concept.

Edit: I guess I can place the written books in another chest myself.

Well, I need it set up. If you can fix up my shop with stone bricks (except for the skull hall), I will give you 10 skulls of your choice, excluding mob heads.

 

i have enough mob heads already (missing from collection: blaze, ghast, zombie pig, and enderman) but i can easily fill ur shop with stone brick and i got 10+ mob heads to add

 

I have both Zombie pig and Enderman if you're interested. I may make an exception if you do a good job. They will be added to the other 10

 

how about a wishing well, same concept but you throw the books in a well then they get cycled around in a chest above so it's randomized and u could just wait for one u like... idk i just like the wishing well idea, i have no clue what to do after they are in the well.

wait what about throwing ur items down the well and having them fly up on the beam of the beacon and a hopper picks it up midway then cycles it back to a item randomiser then put into the chest
