I'm just curious if all that is going to change in the new update, and I'd be very pleased if someone could help me out.

Only terrain I should think.

There will be a chance for builds to be moved over, and there may be a change to how the worlds work; but I should hope that the fundamental rules stay the same.

 

I just hope that they can move underground builds.....

There is almost no difference between moving underground builds and moving above ground ones.

Why does everybody think this?

 

Because underground means taking the ground with you....

And above ground takes the air with you? Both are blocks. We can move in upwards of 1.5 million blocks before it makes lag on the server.

Trust me mate, I've moved builds before.

Your computer still needs the processing power to do it remember. Just because the server has the RAM, doesn't mean your PC does.
