Hello, this is emana here. I was just recently banned on the shadecrest creative server, by Nava. You have to understand with Nava that he is extremely sarcastic and hard to understand. So when i was banned for "Cursing and Swearing" i was only joking. Please hear me out i am a very enjoyable individual and take the server and building very seriously, i am a builder two. i am sorry if i had been in anyway offensive and annoying. It was meant to no one personally and only as a joke. Please un-banned me as i still like the shadecrest server and am currently putting effort towards a build.
It was excessive all capsing, not listening to the half hour of warnings I gave you, and the swearing that got you a temp ban. The amount of warnings I gave you was excessive, and you're lucky that it wasn't a perm-ban.
nava, more than half the time you are being extremely sarcastic, how am I suppose to tell what your really thinking especially through text
And I guess im just used to other servers rules and didn't realize how strict the caps rule was here, im sorry
And may you please keep in mind, this is my first offense ever, besides nava kicking me five minutes before.
Where are the chat logs for this? If it can be proved that nava was being a little bit unclear in his warnings then you might have part of your ban lifted, but the truth of the matter is that you broke the rules, and not knowing them isn't an excuse to break them.
I admit I was capping, and I swore two times but it was censored, I am sorry if I offended anyone, I just want to get back to building.
The kick was one of the many warnings I gave you before the ban .-. Slaps as well. When I use slaps as anything more than a warning I make it blindingly obvious, as well.
Three strikes, then you're out. Nava wouldn't be a staff member if we didn't all think he was apt for the position. We all (as staff) try to follow similar guidelines on bans and promotions. Unfortunately it looks as if you'll have to serve your ban this time around.
I do have access to creative chat logs if people need clarification on something like this in the future. On this one I don't think the banning should be called into question so much as the length, as we typically only do a few days for spam/caps as opposed to two full weeks. Navarog can make the final call on that though.
