Thanks peoples. I don't spend every second of my day exercising (who would ) but I just like to run. And bike ride. And play tennis.
I run track and run a six minute mile. However don't think I'm bragging, that's just about the slowest time on my team It's sad really, I run almost every day for two hours, but I can't seem to improve past that point.
Pace yourself when running you said you run everyday for 2 hours? Each 30 mins pick up your pace and run a little bit faster this will help you improve your speed. Running 1km in 3:15 seconds
I reckon the best place to put a treadmill would either be just behind your bedroom door, or infront of the fridge. So that way when you're half awake in the mornings it takes you ages to realise that you're not actually going anywhere.
I dont need to run. I just play some high school baseball all day everyday. Just got back from texas also. YOLO
